Schedule and Entry Classes

For 2016, the Western Washington All British Field Meet schedule of events is likely to be as follows:

Friday, July 22nd, 2016:

Our Friday evening registration packet pick up cocktail party will have a Fiesta theme, prior to our All British Field Meet.  Mexican fare via a high quality food truck, as well as a beverage vendor (no sponsor beer and wine), will be there (St. Edward State Park) from 6 to 9 PM.  Take a chance to win a raffle and/or just come out and swap British or other quaint stories with fellow lovers of Little British Cars.  For the price of $15 you receive a meal, one drink and a raffle ticket.  Register online before June 1st and be entered in the early bird drawing !!

Saturday, July 23rd, 2016:

7:30 am – 8:00 am – Helpers and volunteers allowed on field – this is the time for show set-up. Please, only ABFM staff and club volunteers – passes will be required.

8:00 am – 10:00 am – Entrant placement and “Day of” registration.

10:00 am – 3:00 pm – The ABFM Booth is open! There will be a limited amount of official event regalia for sale, so it is advised to pre-order this year!  Several clubs will have regalia to offer as well!!  See Regalia under Quick Links on the home page.

10:00 am – 4:00 pm British vehicle display

10:00 am – 4:00 pm – Enjoy the music, new food venues, beverages and stories.

1:30 pm – Balloting deadline

3:00 pm – Awards Ceremony

The Town Square Swap Meet and Cars for Sale will be held concurrently with the car display  Set-up will be from 8:00 am to 9:30 am, and will be Open for Business from 9:30 am until 3:00 pm. Pick up those spare parts you need or sell the ones you don’t, and find that perfect British car or bike that you have always wanted and drive it home!

4:00 pm – vehicles allowed to exit the show grounds.
